These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of estatebatch.com and any related pages, forms, and communications operated by REKRA LLC, doing business as EstateBatch ("EstateBatch," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who We Are
EstateBatch is a brand of REKRA LLC, 1601 Colonial Parkway, Suite J, Inverness, IL 60067. In most transactions we act as direct cash buyers of residential real estate — not as your agent or broker. When listing or brokerage services are offered, they are provided through Egle (Ellen) Vasiliauskiene, a Licensed Illinois Managing Broker (License No. 471.004418), of Amber Realty, Inc.
Cash Offers Are Non-Binding Estimates
Any offer, estimate, or value range presented on this site or communicated to you is preliminary, non-binding, and based on the information you provide plus the property's condition, location, and current market conditions. No offer becomes binding on either party unless and until it is set out in a written purchase agreement signed by both you and REKRA LLC. We may revise or withdraw a preliminary offer at any time before that point, including after a property inspection.

EstateBatch SMS Program — Key Information
Program Name: EstateBatch
Program Description: Two-way SMS communication between EstateBatch and property owners who have requested a cash offer or otherwise contacted us, regarding their property inquiry, cash offer, scheduling, document and photo requests, closing coordination, and conversational support, as well as occasional marketing and promotional messages about our cash-offer program.
Message Frequency: Varies based on the activity of your inquiry. Typically 3 to 10 messages per active property inquiry; occasional account-related messages.
Message and Data Rates May Apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier apply to all SMS messages sent and received. EstateBatch does not charge a fee for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
Help: Reply HELP to any EstateBatch SMS for support information, or email info@estatebatch.com.
Opt Out: Reply STOP to any EstateBatch SMS to unsubscribe from all future messages. Opting out of SMS will affect our ability to communicate with you about an active property inquiry, but will not affect any other service.
Supported Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to Receive SMS
By providing your phone number through our website and checking the SMS consent box, or by texting our published business number, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from EstateBatch — including marketing and promotional messages — sent with automated technology where applicable, related to your property inquiry and our cash-offer program. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale, and our forms can be submitted without giving it. We do not send text messages to property owners who have not opted in.
Privacy of SMS Data
Your phone number and SMS content are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances. See our Privacy Policy and Messaging Terms for details.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site to submit false or misleading information, to submit another person's information without their permission, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the normal operation of the site.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, text, graphics, and logos on this site are owned by REKRA LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
