These Messaging Terms govern the EstateBatch (REKRA LLC) text messaging program. By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
When you provide your phone number and consent (for example, by checking the consent box on one of our forms), EstateBatch (REKRA LLC) may send you text messages related to your property inquiry, your cash offer, scheduling, and account or service updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Costs
Message & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. EstateBatch does not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt Out
You can cancel the text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive text messages from that program. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

Carriers
Carriers (including, but not limited to, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
